Who is Dr Sharon Morein? (aka Morein-Zamir) is an Associate Professor at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. She holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia in Canada and has spent time working and teaching in three separate continents. Her research integrates experimental psychology, psychiatry and cognitive neuroscience approaches. With over 50 publications in peer-reviewed journals that have been cited over 5000 times she aims to advance the understanding of various mental health conditions. To date she has focused on mechanisms underlying conditions such as hoarding, anxiety disorders, drug dependence, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
